Policeman Charged with Sexually Assaulting Colleague

Thirty-seven-year-old Basilio Ack is out on bail after pleading guilty to a single charge of sexual assault. The police officer is accused of squeezing his colleague’s breast during an incident that was reported on March twentieth. Earlier today, the resident of Mahogany Heights appeared unrepresented before Senior Magistrate Aretha Ford where he pleaded not guilty and was offered bail in the sum of three thousand dollars, plus one surety of the same amount. On March thirtieth, several days after the incident allegedly took place, a twenty-seven-year-old woman police constable reported that whilst on duty along with PC Ack, he sexually assaulted her. The woman testified that the she told Ack to stop, but he refused. As a result, she requested court action against the fellow officer.
